But what about the temperature range?

Both the low temperature and the high temperature cook at 215 degrees Fahrenheit. The difference between the low and high temperature settings is in how they cycle. The high setting will cook your food in a shorter time frame than the low setting. Because if this, it's important to know the cook time for your vegetarian recipe. The warm temperature setting ranges between 165 to 170 degrees Fahrenheit.
